It is a privilege to be writing to you as the President and CEO of the SOH Corporation. I would like to take this opportunity to briefly outline the company’s goals as the “Heisei” era comes to an end. We would like to welcome Japan’s new imperial era “Reiwa” with a fresh start and renewed commitment.
We will be everyone’s top choice in the restaurant industry by the end of 2020.
To achieve this goal, we will continuously focus on:

— Concept Portfolio: developing various business operation – company’s assets
— Ebisu Academy: hands-on experience and training our chefs at our prestigious Ebisu Academy
